Finding: Final success rate hides partial progress and failure location. AgentBoard adds a progress-rate measure and process views across multiple agent environments.
Impact: Strengthen stage and progress evidence. Reject completion status as the only workflow measure.
Boundary: Benchmark progress does not itself capture human authority, burden, or recovery. Next: which process milestones should be standardized without creating a misleading composite score?
